You’ve heard the stories from your friends of realtors that took them to homes beyond their budget…because your realtor/client relationship is built on trust we work together to make sure that we are viewing homes that are realistic for your budget and abilities.
Listen – When it’s time to make an offer, we work together, listening to each other so that we create the strongest possible offer. Strongest doesn’t have to mean “highest price”. A strong offer is the one that best meets the needs of the sellers and buyers. Your Realty 1 professional can help you craft the right offer that gives you a chance to own the home of your dreams and help to negotiate to protect your interests in the process.
While many real estate brokers will talk about “services”, what they offer is easily duplicated. Yes, we offer “services”, but we prefer to focus on “skills”…the skills needed to find just the right property, to negotiate the best price, to listen to your questions and to provide the answers.
