Earl Shirk

I have been president of Realty 1 since the company’s inception in 1990, expanding the company to 2 offices in 1997. I was the 2001 president of the Lancaster County Association of Realtors and had the privilege of being voted Realtor of the Year by my peers in 2000.

As president of Realty 1, my primary focus is on assisting Realty 1 agents in providing the best possible service to our clients. Client service is of prime importance to me; I am always available to my clients via phone, email, or through my assistant.
