Over the past 15 years Greg Kirkwood, Director of Relocation and Referral Services, has amassed a wide array of real estate and relocation experience that makes his role at Realty 1 unique. His experience has taken him from the Global Mobility Manager for a European-owned multinational corporation to Vice President of Business Development for a full-service relocation management company. He also has extensive experience as Vice President, Director of Relocation for a large real estate broker serving corporations in New Jersey and eastern Pennsylvania.
These combined experiences give Greg a unique perspective, having “been on all sides of the table” figuratively speaking. Here’s a sampling of his background:

Only Realty 1 agents who have a proven record of accomplishment and have completed our Relocation Specialist training course are invited to work with transferees who are referred to Realty 1.

Our Training:
Realty 1 understands that the needs of a corporate transferee are different from those of someone moving on their own. Our initial training covers everything from understanding the unique needs of transferees, dealing with complex international issues, completing detailed paperwork and how to meet Realty 1’s high performance standards. But our training does not stop there. We conduct ongoing seminars so that our agents continue to stay ahead of the curve when it comes to policy changes, technology advancements, current market conditions, new marketing techniques and much more.
Quality Assurance:
Realty 1 Relocation agents are evaluated every six months to assure that they are meeting the required performance guidelines, such as BMA variance, average days on market and conversion ratios, to name a few. We also send each transferee a customer satisfaction survey within a week after settlement. The information this provides helps ensure that we are doing everything we can to provide superior service.
