Realty 1 would like to share a few kind unedited words from our past clients.
My Realty 1 agent helped me with the sale of one house and purchase of another. This was not
an easy decision for me to make. One of the things that I appreciated most about working
with him was his patience in allowing me to set the pace and gain comfort with the
decision. As he worked with me, I never felt that his interest in helping me was motivated
by the commission that he would receive. The sale of my house happened rather quickly
and he kept me well informed during the process. As we walked through a house, he
remembered things that were important to me - like where I could put my grandmother's
antique hoosier - and helped me conclude whether the house would work for me.

Purchasing a home due to work relocation can be a trying experience. However, working
with My Realty 1 agent made the process easier. He was interested in what Joanne and I were
looking for in a home. He did not waste our time in showing us homes we were not
interested in. He was a true professional throughout the whole process, offering his
opinion when asked and helped us keep the entire buying process on-track. He was very
patient and helped us maintain focus with our home search process, which entailed viewing
26 properties in a four day period. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for
a real estate professional.

“Our experience with Realty 1 and our agent was excellent. He listened carefully and
even helped us articulate what was important to us. He worked hard to identify a variety
options and was vigilant in his availability to us. Buying from long distance can be tough.
He used all the tools at his disposal creatively helping us to narrow our search so that
when we were on the ground, we did not waste time. His blend of personal service and
thorough command of the technological tools made our buying experience a very positive one.
We would certainly use our agent and Realty 1 again but he did such a great job finding a home
for us, we want to stay. If the need arose however, we would definitely call him and in the
meantime are recommending him to others. He is first class, an exceptional realtor, a great
guy and a real advocate for the needs of his customers.

Our Realty 1 agents are an amazing team of realtors. What we liked about working
with them is that their own personalities matched my husband and me almost to a "t."
As a result, when communicating with them, they could relate to us easily. Mark, my
husband, is laid back and relaxed, just like our agents, but they definitely both get things done,
and both have vision for making a house a home. My agent and I are both strong-willed
women who get things done, and ask a lot of questions along the way. Especially in this
very uncertain economy, we were nervous about owning our first home. Thankfully, with
our Realty 1 agents, we were able to realistically evaluate our situation, know what we could a
fford, and ultimately find a home that was perfect for us. I remember asking her, "If your
own daughter was looking at this house, would you tell her to buy it," and she said "yes."
I thought she was being very true in her statement, not simply acting as a realtor interested
in a sale, but as in a friend looking out for our best interests. Through the entire process,
they answered our questions promptly and with genuine care and concern. We
felt very confident in their abilities to make the sale a reality and to guide us with the best
advice they could offer.
We definitely appreciated that they were looking out for us from start to finish.
One house that I had my heart set on from just a cursory walk-through ended up having
sink-holes on the property (which Dave pointed out in the seller's disclosure just before we
thought we wanted to make an offer). Based on his thorough counseling, we opted not to
make an offer on that house. And of course, there was a reason for that. There was a better
house out there for us in the end. They taught me (more so than my husband)
patience!!! And beyond simply the real estate services, we are thoroughly appreciative that
they actually work with a team of three, including the loan officer that was affiliated with Realty 1.
Previously, with another real estate company and bank, we were told we could get a loan without a problem. In reality, my credit score needed a lot of work. He pointed that out, instructed me on what to do, and within 3 weeks, I had finished the task. I went from a recent graduate veterinarian with a lot
of consumer debt to a recent graduate with a decent credit score and a homeowner! Without His instruction and their support and encouragement, we would not be homeowners now.
I have already recommended them to several people that are considering buying or
selling a home. If our situation is such that we will become sellers in the future, we will ONLY
use our Realty 1 agents, no questions asked. They have established themselves as honest,
trustworthy, compassionate, and concerned individuals as well as effective, efficient, and
successful realtors. I hope that we stay in our home for a very long time to come; but if we do
decide to sell, I know that they will sell this home like it was their own and always
have our best interests’ front and center.

In a simple way, my Realty 1 agent is a great friend. That is how we feel about him. He did not pressure
us to make a decision. We took our time and he provided us with the correct information.
He is sincere and loyal among other qualities. He gave us his opinion when we ask him to
do so. I feel that when you are in the process to purchase a home you need honesty and
knowledge from the people that are working with you in the process.

This is our first home and we were so excited. Our Realty 1 agent was very helpful and
knowledgeable in helping find the perfect house for us. She was always positive and looked
out for our best interest. Going into this, all we really knew was that we wanted a house,
she helped us figure out what we wanted in a house and with her helping us do that we were
about to find a house with just about everything we were looking for. One of many
appreciations we had was that she really worked around our schedule when it came to
setting up showings and this made the process easier for us with our crazy work schedules.
Also she was not pushy with us, we looked at the houses and she gave us time to talk about
it before getting back to her and she did not push us into something that we did not want.
She was also very encouraging with us The first house we made an offer on and we did not
get she really encouraged us and got us right back out looking at other houses, and let us
know that there is another house out there for us, " the perfect house, for us" and she was
right. We love our house and are very happy in it! We will definitely be giving her a call
when we are ready to look for another house and we would recommend her to anyone that is
looking to buy or sell. She did make one of the biggest steps in our lives enjoyable and fun!
